Which service pathway should I use?
If you have not contacted us before, or this is your first time using our services, we strongly recommend that you first attend our Multimedia Drop-in Hours or book a Multimedia Consultation. This helps us quickly understand your needs, recommend the most suitable service, and advise on the best next steps before you submit a request or make a studio booking.

Service Requests
Multimedia Equipment Loan This form is to be filled out for equipment loan after you have discussed your project with us and we have mutually agreed that you may borrow equipment from us.
Welcome Video Service This form is used for staff creating a welcome video and is used for script submissions also.
Studio Bookings
Studio + Consultation Bookings Page Using this page to book a studio session, a welcome video recording and for equipment loan and general multimedia consultations.
CASS EDS Booking Page Only for CASS staff making bookings for the Baldessin Education Studio.
Media Release & Events
Media Release Form (presenters + talent) Complete this form if you have been filmed/interviewed as part of a ANU project.
Event Photo/Video Audience OPT OUT If you do not wish to be included in our event photography and videography, kindly complete this form.
