Her teaching approach employs clear yet effective strategies, such as consistently demonstrating how mathematical tools are applied in real-world contexts and integrating examples from her own research to deepen relevance and understanding.

Her citation highlights the innovative use of MATLAB and MATLAB Grader to deliver longitudinal assessment across the suite of modelling courses in the Mathematical Sciences Institute (MSI). She has also designed authentic assessment tasks in the third-year scientific computing course, providing students with meaningful opportunities to apply their skills in realistic scenarios.
